Key Responsibilities:

- Onboard and manage study-abroad consultants and B2B partners.

- Generate student leads and education loan referrals through field and B2B sales.

- Identify and close new business and partnership opportunities.

- Drive B2C sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.

- Build robust partner relationships through regular meetings and follow-ups.

- Manage the education loan portfolio and ensure effective customer servicing.

- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to drive education loan growth.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in NBFCs, banking, financial services, or education loans will be an added advantage.

- Prior experience in B2B/B2C sales, business development, or partner management is preferred.

- Freshers can also apply if they have good communication skills and are fluent in Hindi.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
