Job Summary To plan and deliver Scouts &

- Guides training programmes for school children, focusing on discipline, leadership, teamwork, life skills, physical fitness and responsible citizenship.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular Scouts &
- Guides training sessions for school students.

- Deliver age-appropriate activities covering discipline, leadership, teamwork, basic scouting skills, drills, games and life skills.

- Support formation and strengthening of Scouts &

- Guides clubs/teams in schools.

- Prepare students for relevant Scouts &

- Guides levels, assessments, investiture ceremonies and camps.

- Organise practical activities, drills, outdoor learning, camps and special events.

- Identify and nurture students with leadership potential.

- Coordinate with school management, teachers, NGO partners and HCLFoundation teams for smooth programme implementation.

- Maintain attendance, training records and participant databases.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual activity reports and provide programme updates.

- Support assessments to track students' participation, learning and development.

- Ensure safe,



inclusive and child-friendly implementation of all activities.

- Participate in programme events, community activities and HCL employee volunteering initiatives, as required.

- Undertake field travel to programme schools and locations as required.
