Provides expert preparation and maintenance of a secure, sterile surgical environment for infants, children, and adolescents while assisting the surgical team before, during, and after procedures.

1. Prepare the operation theatre for surgical procedures.
2. Ensure all surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies are sterilized and ready for use.
3. Assist surgeons, anaesthesiologists, and nurses during paediatric surgeries.
4. Position paediatric patients safely on the operating table according to the surgical procedure.
5. Maintain strict aseptic and infection-control practices.
6. Monitor and check the functionality of OT equipment before and after surgeries.
7. Handle, count, and document surgical instruments, sponges, and needles accurately.
8. Assist in transferring patients to and from the recovery area.
9. Clean and disinfect the operation theater after each procedure.
10. Maintain accurate records of surgical procedures, equipment usage, and inventory.
11. Respond promptly to emergency situations in the operating room.
12. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and quality protocols.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
