At Tvameva, we're building a healthcare experience centered around prevention, compassion, and operational excellence. We're looking for a proactive Operations Manager who can lead day-to-day operations, ensure seamless patient experiences, and support our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the clinic and diagnostic centre.

Manage and coordinate front desk, laboratory, and support staff.

Ensure smooth patient flow and an exceptional service experience.

Develop and implement operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and overall productivity.

Coordinate with doctors and specialists to ensure efficient clinic operations.

Maintain quality standards, hygiene, safety, and compliance.

Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance.

Prepare operational reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Resolve patient concerns promptly and professionally.

Support business growth initiatives, events, and community programs.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Hospital Management, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in operations, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or hospitality.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic operational reporting.





Ability to multitask and thrive in a quick-paced environment.
