Job Summary

CEOITBOX is looking for a Database Administrator (MongoDB) who will own the performance, security, backup, and reliability of our cloud-based ERP databases. The role involves managing production databases for HRMS, FMS, IMS, CRM, and other business automation products used by clients across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain MongoDB production & staging databases.
- Optimize queries, indexes, and aggregation pipelines for high performance.
- Monitor database health, slow queries, storage, and server utilization.
- Configure replication, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
- Perform database backup, restoration, and recovery validation.
- Manage database users, roles, permissions, and security policies.
- Resolve data integrity and synchronization issues across ERP modules.
- Support developers with schema design, migrations,



and release deployments.
- Maintain database documentation and audit logs.

Required Skills

- 25 years of Database Administration experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB.
- Expertise in query optimization and indexing.
- Experience with replication, backup & restore.
- Positive understanding of data modeling and schema design.
- Working knowledge of Linux server environment.
- Basic Shell/JavaScript scripting and Git.

Good to Have

- Experience with cloud-hosted MongoDB deployments.
- Knowledge of ERP/SaaS application databases.
- Exposure to monitoring and logging tools.
