Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage daily operations of the outpatient billing and insurance department.

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance claims and patient billing.

- Coordinate with insurance companies to resolve claim disputes and discrepancies.

- Supervise billing staff and provide guidance on complex billing issues.

- Develop and implement billing procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

- Monitor and analyze billing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Prepare and present regular reports on billing operations and financial performance.

- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies.

- Provide training and support to staff on billing practices and software systems.

- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient billing experience.
