Role Description The Omni Sports Advisor is a part time and internship, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for inspiring customers to discover and enjoy a wide range of sports. In this position, the advisor welcomes and guides customers, understands their goals and level of experience, and recommends suitable products, services, and experiences across multiple sports categories.

The role involves demonstrating product features, supporting in-store events and coaching sessions, and ensuring merchandise is well-presented, available, and easy to find.



The advisor also contributes to stock management, product display planning, and basic store operations, while sharing feedback from customers to help improve the overall sports offer. Collaboration with teammates across departments is central to creating an inclusive, engaging, and safe environment for all visitors.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Physical Education and an understanding of sports science principle
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, teammates, and partners in a explicit and engaging manner.
- Passion for multiple sports, with hands-on practice and willingness to learn new disciplines.
- Customer-focused mindset, with the ability to listen, identify needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced store environment.
- Comfort using digital tools and point-of-sale systems to support omni-channel customer journeys.
- Previous experience in retail, coaching, or sports instruction is an advantage.
- Relevant academic background in sports, physical education, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
