About The Opportunity A fast-growing sales enablement and talent activation firm operating across India, we partner with top-tier brands to rapidly onboard, train, and deploy high-performance sales and telesales teams. Our onboarding officers are the backbone of client success—ensuring seamless integration of new hires into high-velocity sales environments while maintaining compliance, quality, and cultural alignment.

Role & Responsibilities

- Onboard new sales and telesales hires through structured orientation, policy briefings, and tool access provisioning.
- Conduct training sessions on CRM platforms, call scripts, compliance guidelines, and client-specific sales playbooks.
- Maintain accurate onboarding records, track completion timelines, and report bottlenecks to HR and operations leads.
- Act as the first point of contact for new hires—resolving queries, guiding through processes, and ensuring smooth ramp-up.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders to align onboarding workflows and adapt to dynamic sales campaign requirements.
- Monitor new hire performance in first 30 days and provide feedback loops to training and sales leadership.
