Role & responsibilities
- Converting Monthly Plan to weekly, Daily Production Plan, Issuance of daily Production Schedule to all concerned
- Review of Stock at different stages and Plant level inventories, Warehouse inventories,
- Entry of daily production in system
- Monthly stock taking for WIP and Finished products
- Job card Prepare with real time information of cycle time and Capacity Calculations
- Gauges , fixture uses and monitoring
- Production as per standard operating procedure and ensure product conformance.
- Assign and Handel manpower
- Do shift arrangement
- Supervise and get the work done on time
- Assign and Handel manpower for post-production operation
- Do shift arrangement
