Job Purpose To secure the talent required to achieve the organization's strategic and business objectives. Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, employee movements, and separation processes.
- Coordinate and administer monthly payroll activities to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
- Prepare payroll inputs, employee cost reports, provisions, and related analytics and management review.
- Generate, monitor, and maintain HR dashboards and MIS reports covering headcount, attendance, leave, attrition, and other key HR metrics.
- Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights to support workforce planning and business decision-making.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to statutory and labor compliance requirements by maintaining relevant records, trackers, and documentation.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate HR, payroll,



and compliance-related data and documentation.
- Prepare and issue employee-related letters, certificates, and other HR documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations, payroll, attendance, leave, and policies.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes through standardization, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of HR processes and a positive employee experience.
- Support HR digitalization initiatives, HRMS administration, and data integrity to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Education Qualification & Experience required:

- Post/Graduation (preferably in Human Resources)




- 2-5 years’ experience in Human Resources Operations
