RESPONSIBILITY/ ACCOUNTABILITY

- Providing technical support to the Application / Engineering Services team and reviewing the performance of products.
- Incident reporting and Complaint Handling - Taking decisions with regards to raising complaints in discussion with the BD team and monitoring the progress of complaint closure in discussion with relevant departments.
- Analyzing and communicating the experimental results to Business Development department and other relevant departments.
- Communicating unresolved as well as newly reported product issues to the concerned departments, taking follow ups and reviewing the status of ongoing issues.
- To analyse the the data received from Sales Technical team / distributors.
- To handle Technical documentation of Customer services - International Sales.
- To monitor planned Preventive maintenance of installed devices.
- Assisting in training’s and imparting technical knowledge.
- Handling other job responsibilities and tasks that are assigned by superiors on a time to time basis.
