Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced O2C & Billing Executive with minimum 2 years of experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), billing operations, query handling, and basic billing setup. The candidate will be responsible for supporting end-to-end billing activities, resolving billing-related queries, and ensuring accurate and timely processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle O2C (Order-to-Cash) activities and day-to-day billing operations.
- Perform basic billing setup and ensure billing information is accurate.
- Process and review customer invoices as per business requirements.
- Handle billing-related queries from customers and internal teams.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and issues within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for invoice corrections, adjustments, and approvals.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of billing transactions.




- Support billing functions, reconciliation, and reporting as required.
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines, quality standards, and SLA requirements.

Required Skills
- 2 years of experience in O2C, Billing, Invoicing, or related finance operations.
- Good understanding of Order-to-Cash processes.
- Knowledge of basic billing setup and billing functions.
- Experience in query handling and issue resolution.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Willingness to work in a night shift.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in O2C / OTC, Billing, Invoice Processing, Accounts Receivable, or Finance Operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
