Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage daily operations of the general ward, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.

- Supervise nursing staff, providing guidance and support to maintain effective teamwork and productivity.

- Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation, maintaining detailed records of patient care and treatment plans.

- Coordinate with medical professionals to develop and implement patient care strategies.

- Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing necessary support and care to stabilize patients.

- Administer medications accurately and monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects.

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized care plans.





- Implement and enforce infection control protocols to prevent and manage hospital-acquired infections.

- Facilitate transparent and empathetic communication with patients and their families regarding care plans and health education.

- Evaluate staff performance, identifying areas for improvement and organizing training sessions as needed.
