Responsibilities

- Oversee the nursing department operations in the super speciality hospital, ensuring high-quality patient care and effective workflow.
- Lead and manage a team of nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Coordinate with medical staff and other departments to ensure seamless healthcare delivery.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Monitor and evaluate patient care plans, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Ensure the availability of necessary medical supplies and equipment to support nursing activities.
- Participate in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of nursing personnel.
- Provide emergency support and clinical documentation in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Facilitate communication between nursing staff, patients, and families to enhance patient satisfaction and care.
