- Provide high-quality patient care services to patients in various settings, including cardiac, CCU, EOs, ER, ICU, ICCU, Midwifery, NICU, OTs, OPDs, ORs, and wards.
- Supervise nursing staff to ensure productive workflow management and effective communication among team members.
- Conduct regular rounds to monitor patient progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for infection control, medication administration, and other hospital operations.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-7 years of experience as a registered nurse (B.Sc / GNM) with supervisory skills.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices; ability to apply this knowledge effectively in clinical settings.
