Responsibilities

- Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Coordinate with medical staff and other departments to streamline patient services.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support for career development.
- Implement and uphold hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Manage staffing schedules and allocate resources efficiently to meet patient needs.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and maintain clinical documentation accurately.
- Provide emergency support and respond to critical situations promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular assessments of nursing practices and initiate improvements as needed.
- Liaise with families and patients to address concerns and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Participate in performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.

Shift : 9 - 10 hrs work Both Male and Female are preferred.
