Role & responsibilities

- Administration & Management: Planning and organising nursing services, preparing duty rosters, and managing resource allocations.
- Quality & Patient Care: Conducting regular hospital rounds, performing nursing audits, and investigating patient care complaints.
- Staff Development: Overseeing hiring, training, counseling, and performance evaluations for nursing personnel.
- Policy Implementation: Ensuring adherence to safety, infection control, and clinical standards.

Qualifications & Eligibility :

- Education: General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) course with a Registered Nurse and Midwife certificate, or a B.Sc. Nursing degree from a recognized institution
- Licensure: Valid Delhi Nursing Registration.
- Skills: Extensive clinical background with prior years of experience as a senior staff nurse or deputy nursing superintendent





Staff Nurse Role & responsibilities

- Patient Care: Monitor vital signs, administer prescribed medications, change wound dressings, and operate medical equipment.
- Coordination: Communicate patient status updates and collaborate with doctors and other medical staff.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of patient treatment, symptoms, and medical history.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Education: A diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing).
- Licensure: Valid Delhi Nursing Registration.
- Skills: Robust clinical competence, basic life support (CPR), and interpersonal skills for patient-centered support.
