Key Responsibilities

 Handle end-to-end recruitment primarily for Non-IT Sales and Business Development roles.

 Strongly focus on active sourcing and headhunting, not just job applications.

 Source candidates through Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn, Indeed, Foundit and other recruitment portals.

 Identify and approach passive candidates currently working with competitors and relevant industries.

 Hire for B2B Sales, Industrial Sales, Field Sales, Dealer Sales, Channel Sales, Project Sales and Business Development roles.

 Conduct competitor and industry mapping to identify relevant talent.





 Screen candidates through telephonic interviews and assess experience, targets, territory, product exposure, CTC and notice period.

 Maintain a robust and updated Sales candidate database.

 Coordinate interviews and ensure timely candidate follow-ups.

 Manage candidates from sourcing to interview, offer and joining.

 Achieve daily/weekly sourcing, interview and closure targets.

 Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

 Ensure quality and relevance of profiles submitted to hiring managers.
