Job Responsibilities

- Network Monitoring:
- Assist in monitoring network infrastructure, servers, and applications for optimal performance.
- Learn to respond to alerts and incidents promptly, escalating issues as needed.

- Incident Management:

- Work alongside experienced engineers to investigate and resolve network and system incidents.
- Contribute to documenting troubleshooting steps and solutions.

- Performance Optimization:

- Gain exposure to identifying areas for performance improvement and supporting the implementation of solutions.

- Security Monitoring:

- Learn to monitor security alerts and incidents, contributing to measures against cyber threats.
- Collaborate with the security team to support compliance with security policies.

- Linux Knowledge:

- Develop understanding and skills in managing Linux-based systems and environments.

- Cloud Infrastructure:

- Gain hands-on experience and understanding of cloud infrastructure, including AWS, Google Cloud, etc.




- Participate in setting up and maintaining cloud-based resources and services.

- Documentation:

- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, procedures, and incident reports.

- Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain insights into troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
- Contribute support during software releases and system upgrades.

- Rotational Shifts:

- Participate in a 24x7 rotational shift schedule to gain experience in managing continuous operations and addressing real-time challenges.

Candidate Attributes

- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.

- Eagerness to learn and strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with Linux systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) is a plus.
