Responsibilities

- Provide specialized care to neonates in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

- Monitor and assess the health condition of newborns, ensuring timely interventions.

- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as per the physician's instructions.

- Offer emergency support and promptly respond to critical situations.

- Maintain and update accurate clinical documentation and patient records.

- Collaborate with pediatricians, neonatologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

- Educate and support families regarding the care and condition of their newborns.

- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards to ensure a secure setting for patients.

- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

- Assist in the implementation of care plans and discharge planning for neonatal patients.
