Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive care to neonates in the NICU, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and standards of practice.

- Monitor and assess the health conditions of neonates, promptly identifying any changes in their status.

- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by attending physicians.

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each neonate.

- Offer emotional support and education to families, guiding them through the NICU experience.

- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with healthcare regulations.

- Provide emergency support in critical situations, utilizing best practices in neonatal resuscitation and stabilization.

- Participate in ongoing career development to stay informed of the latest advancements in neonatal care.
