Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive care to neonates in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with a focus on critically ill and premature infants.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

- Monitor vital signs and ensure the accurate administration of medications and treatments.

- Offer emergency support including resuscitation and stabilization of neonates when required.

- Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation of patient care activities and progress.

- Educate and support families, providing guidance and updates on their infant's condition and care plans.

- Adhere to hospital policies and protocols, ensuring a protected and nurturing environment for all infants.

- Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest NICU nursing practices and technologies.
