About the RoleWe are looking for a Food NPD / Product Development professional to join our team in Jaipur. Only candidates who are presently in Jaipur should apply.

The role will involve taking food products/healthy snacks from concept to commercialisation - including formulation, trials, ingredient selection, costing, testing and coordination with manufacturing partners.

You will work closely with the founders and operations team to develop new products and improve existing products across our snacking portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct product trials and experiments with different ingredients, flavours and processes
- Develop and improve food products and formulations
- Identify and evaluate new ingredients and raw materials




- Coordinate with manufacturers for product trials and commercial production
- Work on product costing and formulation optimisation
- Develop product specifications and documentation
- Conduct sensory evaluation and product benchmarking
- Research market trends, competitors and emerging food categories
- Ensure products meet required food safety and regulatory standards
- Take products from initial concept through trials, finalisation and commercialisation

- Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Engineering, Nutrition or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Food NPD / R&D; / Product Development
- Hands-on experience with food formulation and product trials
- Good understanding of food ingredients, processing and manufacturing
- Understanding of food safety, quality and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Strong interest in food innovation and FMCG
