Experience: 1–3 Years Job Type: Full time Location: Delhi NCR Job DescriptionWe are looking for a field-oriented IT professional who can handle technical support as well as BUSY Software and CRM marketing .
Key Responsibilities: Visit customer sites for IT and software support. Install, configure, and troubleshoot software. Provide support for BUSY, Tally, ERP and CRM software . Generate leads and promote BUSY Software and CRM solutions . Conduct software demos and explain features to customers. Handle customer follow-ups and convert leads into sales. Handle basic computer, printer, networking, and hardware issues. Maintain customer and sales activity records.
Requirements: Basic knowledge of IT, software, and networking. Good communication, sales, and customer-handling skills. Willingness to travel for field work. BUSY/Tally/CRM knowledge will be an advantage. Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.
