NETWORK ENGINEER / SPECIALIST

Positions: 4 Nos. | Full-Time

NETIP Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for hands-on Network Engineers with practical experience in installation, configuration, integration, troubleshooting and commissioning of network devices at end-customer premises.

The candidate should be capable of handling LAN/WAN, Routing, Switching, Firewall and Data Center Networking projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, test and commission Network Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Wireless and other network devices at customer sites.
- Perform onsite installation, integration, troubleshooting and customer handover.
- Hands-on configuration of VLAN, STP, HSRP, OSPF, BGP, Routing & Switching.
- Working knowledge of MPLS, LAN/WAN and Network Security.
- Installation and troubleshooting of Firewall and network security devices.
- Support Data Center and Enterprise Network implementation projects.
- Resolve technical issues within defined SLA timelines.
- Provide remote and onsite technical support.
- Coordinate with OEM/L2/L3 teams for complex technical issues.
- Maintain proper configuration, testing, commissioning and handover documentation.
- Handle service tickets and follow the defined escalation matrix.
- Support project teams in recent installations, migrations, upgrades and change requests.
- Prepare project/service reports and ensure proper customer handover.

Must-Have Skills Routing & Switching | VLAN | STP | HSRP | OSPF | BGP | LAN/WAN | MPLS | Firewall | Network Security | Data Center Networking | Installation | Configuration | Commissioning | Troubleshooting

Preferred

- CCNA / CCNP certification or equivalent practical knowledge.




- Experience with Cisco / HPE / Juniper / Ruckus / Fortinet or other enterprise networking solutions.
- Experience in Government, PSU, University, Defence, Data Center or Enterprise IT projects.
- Willingness to travel and work at customer premises as required.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT Hands-on experience in physically installing, configuring, testing and commissioning enterprise network devices at end-customer premises is mandatory.

Candidates with experience limited to NOC monitoring, ticket handling or basic remote troubleshooting without field implementation experience will not be preferred.

Education: B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA / Graduate with relevant networking experience

Experience: Relevant hands-on experience preferred

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and technical capability
