Position: Nesting Engineer – PEB

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare nesting layouts for PEB structural steel fabrication and CNC/Plasma cutting.
- Optimize plate and sheet utilization to minimize material wastage.
- Prepare cutting files/programs based on approved fabrication drawings.
- Read and understand PEB/shop drawings, GA drawings and fabrication drawings.
- Coordinate with the Design, Production and CNC/Plasma Machine teams.
- Verify material grade, thickness, dimensions, quantities and cutting requirements.
- Ensure accurate nesting and timely release of cutting programs.
- Maintain records of material consumption and nesting details.

Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical,



Civil, Production or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in PEB/structural steel fabrication nesting preferred.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant nesting software.
- Experience with CNC/Plasma cutting will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of PEB components and structural steel fabrication.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and skills. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
