About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Accountancy & Entrepreneurship Teacher to teach senior secondary students and support them in developing strong conceptual understanding, analytical skills, financial awareness, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Accountancy and Entrepreneurship as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Teach concepts such as accounting principles, journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, financial statements, and related accounting topics.
- Deliver Entrepreneurship concepts through practical examples, case studies, activities, and real-world business situations.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, assignments, and other learning resources.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Support students in developing analytical, problem-solving, financial literacy, and business decision-making skills.
- Encourage students to participate in projects, presentations, business case studies, and entrepreneurship-related activities.
- Maintain accurate academic records and student performance reports.
- Provide academic support and guidance to students who require additional assistance.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental meetings, school events,



workshops, and academic activities.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and student-centred classroom environment.
- Participate in parent meetings and communicate students' academic progress when required.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce / Accountancy / Business Studies / Management or a relevant discipline.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Solid knowledge of the CBSE curriculum.
- Prior teaching experience in Accountancy and Entrepreneurship at the senior secondary level will be preferred.

- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for teaching and learning.
