We're hiring a Murex Senior Specialist Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team at Bounteous, and we're looking for someone who lives and breathes specialized talent sourcing.

What You'll Own

This role is about mastering the art of sourcing specialized Murex talent in a market where every profile counts. You'll be doing —sourcing, screening, and qualifying top-tier Murex professionals across Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, and supporting domains. Additionally - direct client engagement, understanding their evolving requirements, managing expectations, and ensuring we deliver exactly what they need.

The Role at a Glance

- Build and maintain passive candidate pipelines across multiple geographies using advanced LinkedIn techniques, Boolean search, and network intelligence
- Validate genuine Murex expertise from candidates who've done the work vs. those who just listed keywords
- Identify talent across Front Office (derivatives, FX, rates, trading), Middle Office (integration, controls), Back Office (settlements, reconciliations), and support functions
- Develop relationships with active and passive candidates, turning rejections into future referral opportunities
- Source for critical roles: Murex Consultants,



Business Analysts, Support specialists, and Market Risk professionals
- Collaborate with clients across geographies to clarify requirements and refine sourcing criteria
- Manage requirement documentation and prevent scope creep through clear baseline alignment
- Troubleshoot when candidates aren't meeting expectations and refine approach with client feedback

Who We're Looking For

Must Have:

- 6-7 years total experience in talent acquisition with clear Murex specialization
- Proven sourcing excellence in niche, constrained talent markets
- Experience recruiting across multiple clients and geographies
- Track record of filling Murex roles consistently—you know the modules, the roles, the skill requirements
- Process-oriented mindset—you document requirements, validate candidate claims, and prevent problematic hires from advancing
- Deep understanding of Murex modules and financial services domain
- Experience with candidate validation techniques and fake profile detection
- Familiarity with AI-assisted recruitment tools and contemporary sourcing platforms
- Direct client interaction experience managing expectations and requirement clarity
