Role Description The Motion Graphic Designer is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves conceptualizing and creating motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, and brand content.

The Motion Graphic

Designer will collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to translate ideas into visually compelling motion pieces aligned with brand guidelines. Daily tasks include designing storyboards, producing and editing video and motion assets, refining visuals based on feedback,



and preparing final deliverables for multiple platforms. The role also requires staying current with motion design trends and contributing creative input to enhance overall brand experiences.

Qualifications

- Strong motion-focused skills, including Motion Design and Motion Graphics.
- Experience in Video Production, including editing, compositing, and post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and creating high-quality Graphics for digital media.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
- Ability to interpret briefs, develop storyboards, and present visual concepts clearly.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in agency or brand environments, especially in digital and social campaigns, is an advantage.
