About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Motion Graphic Designer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in creating engaging animations, videos, and digital content. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing motion design work across various platforms including digital marketing, social media, web, and product videos.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product demos, explainer videos, and social media content.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to develop video concepts aligned with brand identity.
- Transform scripts and storyboards into compelling motion designs.
- Edit video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
- Maintain and follow brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all assets.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, animation techniques, and software developments.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines.

Candidate Attributes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.
- 5–6 years of experience in motion graphic design, preferably in a creative agency or marketing setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Knowledge of 2D/3D animation techniques; experience with tools like Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
- Strong visual storytelling and typography skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.




- Good understanding of sound design and audio syncing.

Preferred:

- Experience in creating animated UI mockups, app/product walkthroughs, or interactive videos.
- Familiarity with video compression formats and optimizing for different platforms (web, mobile, social).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or video scripting tools is a bonus.
