Roles and Responsibilities

- Teach students from Pre-Primary to Primary level using Montessori methodology.

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to individual student needs.

- Maintain a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that fosters social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children.

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and assessments.

- Communicate effectively with parents through regular progress reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-5 years of experience in teaching or related field (preferably in early childhood education).

- Bachelor's degree in relevant subject area (e.g., B.Ed. or equivalent) or equivalent work experience.

- Robust knowledge of Montessori pedagogy and its application in preschool settings.

- Proficiency in English language; ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
