Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on and technically skilled Mould Maker / Mould Maintenance Technician to join our in-house Tool Room. The candidate will be responsible for mould manufacturing, maintenance, repair, modification, fitting and troubleshooting to support smooth production and consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Manufacture, assemble, repair and maintain injection moulds and tooling.
- Carry out mould correction, modification, fitting and troubleshooting.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of moulds.
- Identify and resolve mould-related issues such as flash, short moulding, dimensional variation, leakage, wear, alignment and ejector problems.
- Perform bench fitting, polishing, grinding, drilling, tapping and precision fitting.
- Operate relevant tool-room machinery such as lathe, milling, surface grinder, drilling machine, EDM/Wire Cut, as per skill level.
- Inspect mould components and ensure dimensional accuracy as per drawings and specifications.
- Support new mould development, machining, fitting,



trials and corrections.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams during mould trials and troubleshooting.
- Maintain records of mould maintenance, repairs, modifications and breakdowns.
- Support maintenance and correction of machines, fixtures, jigs and tool-room components when required.
- Maintain proper tool-room discipline, housekeeping and safety standards.

Candidate Profile

- 2+ years of relevant experience in mould making or mould maintenance.
- Strong practical knowledge of injection moulds and tool-room activities.
- Hands-on experience in mould fitting, maintenance, correction and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand dimensions/tolerances.
- Experience with tool-room machines will be an advantage.
- Solid problem-solving skills with a practical, shop-floor approach.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with Production and Quality teams.

Key Requirement: We need a technically strong, hands-on person who can independently handle mould maintenance, corrections, modifications and troubleshooting in our in-house Tool Room.
