Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct field visits and engage with community members and beneficiaries.

- Mobilize eligible participants for NGO programs, training, awareness campaigns, and community activities.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with beneficiaries, families, community leaders, and local stakeholders.

- Conduct door-to-door visits and community outreach activities when required.

- Explain program objectives, eligibility, benefits, and participation details to community members.

- Organize and support community meetings, awareness programs, camps, workshops, and events.

- Identify potential beneficiaries and collect required information and documents.

- Coordinate with internal teams regarding beneficiary requirements and program activities.

- Maintain accurate records of beneficiaries, participants, field visits, and community activities.

- Follow up with beneficiaries and encourage continued participation in programs.

- Support surveys, data collection, feedback activities, and community assessments.





- Identify community needs and report relevant information to the Program Coordinator or management.

- Coordinate with local schools, institutions, community groups, and other stakeholders as required.

- Prepare regular field visit and activity reports.

- Ensure all community activities are conducted professionally and in accordance with organizational policies.

- Perform other program and field-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to interact confidently with different sections of the community.

- Strong field coordination and follow-up skills.

- Good relationship-building abilities.

- Basic documentation and reporting skills.

- Knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace is preferred.

- Willingness to travel locally for field activities.

- Good knowledge of Tamil is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
