Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Experience: 5+ Years
Team Size: 15 Members

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 15 MIS executives.
- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and dashboard maintenance.
- Analyze business data and provide actionable insights to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track performance and resolve data issues.
- Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to reporting standards.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in MIS/Reporting, preferably in Banking/NBFC.
- Robust Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards).
- Good analytical, communication, and team management skills.
- Experience handling a team of 15+ members preferred. (MUST)
