Summary We are hiring experienced professionals for the ML/AI Specialist role. We are looking for candidates with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Python, ML algorithms, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI/ML frameworks to design and implement intelligent, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and AI solutions for complex business problems
- Develop and implement ML models and algorithms using Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets for data preparation, feature engineering, and model development
- Develop and optimize Generative AI and LLM-based solutions
- Work with modern AI technologies including LLMs, RAG, NLP, and AI/ML frameworks
- Perform model evaluation, validation, optimization, and performance tuning
- Build scalable AI/ML pipelines and integrate models with enterprise applications
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Architects, and business stakeholders
- Troubleshoot model and application issues and ensure production reliability
- Stay updated with emerging AI, ML,



and Generative AI technologies and contribute to AI innovation initiatives
