Prepare
Budget vs Actual analysis and highlight key variances. Maintain rolling cash-flow forecasts and support financial planning. Analyse channel, store, product and operational costs to identify trends and opportunities.
Provide actionable financial insights to founders to support business decisions. Manage accounts payable, vendor invoices, payment schedules and reconciliations. Maintain vendor, bank and marketplace settlement reconciliations.
Coordinate with the external CA firm for accounting, statutory and payroll-related requirements. Ensure appropriate documentation and approval controls for financial transactions.
