Job Summary:

We are looking for an Executive – Billing, Budget Tracking & MIS to manage marketing vendor bills, project-wise budget tracking, expenditure monitoring, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and verify marketing vendor bills and invoices.
- Track project-wise budget vs. actual expenses.
- Maintain marketing MIS and expense reports.
- Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports for management.
- Coordinate with vendors, Finance, Accounts, Procurement, and Marketing teams.
- Maintain accurate billing and budget-related records.
- Support management with required reports and data analysis.

Requirements:





- 4 years of experience in Billing, Accounts Payable, MIS, or Budget Tracking.
- Solid knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience in vendor billing, invoice processing, and reconciliation.
- Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or FMCG experience preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
