Job Summary

We are looking for a young, organised and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage daily reports, data collection, records and management information for the company's alcohol and alcobev business.

The candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel, strong attention to detail and the ability to prepare accurate reports within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports as required by management.
- Collect and consolidate data from different departments.
- Maintain sales, purchase, inventory, production and operational data.
- Prepare Excel-based reports, trackers and dashboards.
- Monitor and update daily sales and stock reports.
- Maintain records of distributors, dealers, retailers and business activities.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect required information.
- Check data accuracy and identify discrepancies or missing information.
- Prepare management reports and presentations when required.




- Maintain proper filing and documentation of MIS records.
- Track pending tasks, targets and departmental updates.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management.
- Handle any other reporting or data-related work assigned by management.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, sorting and basic formulas.
- Positive data management and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with large amounts of data.
- Good follow-up skills and ability to meet reporting deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.

Candidate Profile
- Young, hardworking and organised.
- Good English communication skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel and daily reporting.
- Should be disciplined and capable of working under deadlines.
- Freshers with good Excel knowledge can apply.
- Candidates with experience in FMCG, Alcohol/Alcobev, Manufacturing, Distribution or Sales MIS will be preferred.
