- Machine Setup: Read blueprints, technical drawings, or CAD plans to configure machine settings, select correct tools, and load raw materials.
- Operation & Monitoring: Oversee the milling process, feed materials, and adjust speed or controls to ensure precise cutting and shaping.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (such as calipers and micrometers) to check for defects and verify dimensions against exact specifications.
- Maintenance: Perform routine upkeep, including cleaning, lubricating parts, and conducting minor equipment repairs to prevent breakdowns.
- Safety Compliance: Follow strict workplace safety rules, wear protective gear (PPE), and keep the work area clean.
Qualifiation:10th/12th/ITI/Diploma Experience: 3 to 7 years
