Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – AI Solutions to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered business solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI services . The role combines solution architecture, agent development, automation, stakeholder management, governance, and AI adoption to help organizations transform business processes through Generative AI.

Experience

- 6-10 years of IT consulting, solution delivery, or digital transformation experience
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and/or Copilot Studio solutions
- Experience leading client workshops and business process automation initiatives

Key Responsibilities AI Solution Architecture & Delivery

- Lead AI discovery workshops and identify automation opportunities.
- Design and implement Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions.
- Define agent architecture, knowledge sources, workflows, and guardrails.
- Create solution designs, implementation plans, and deployment strategies.
- Drive AI adoption and business value realization.

Copilot Studio Development

- Build and configure custom Copilot Studio agents.
- Develop topics, prompts, instructions, and orchestration logic.
- Configure SharePoint,



Dataverse, Teams, and enterprise knowledge sources.
- Implement agent actions, integrations, and approval workflows.
- Establish AI guardrails, security controls, and governance standards.

Power Platform & Automation

- Design and develop Power Automate workflows.
- Integrate agents with business applications and data sources.
- Automate document processing, approvals, notifications, and operational workflows.
- Support Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Solutions, and deployment pipelines.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define AI roadmaps.
- Conduct demos, training sessions, office hours, and enablement workshops.
- Mentor junior consultants and support proposal/pre-sales activities.
- Manage project deliverables, risks, and client communications.

Governance & Responsible AI

- Define AI governance, compliance, and security standards.
- Establish knowledge boundaries, data access controls, and responsible AI practices.
- Monitor agent performance, adoption metrics, and optimization opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and security policies.

Preferred Certifications

- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102)
- Microsoft Applied Skills: Build Agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
