Job Summary:

nMaximus Mice & Media Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced MICE Ticketing Executive / Sr. Executive to manage the ticketing needs for corporate group travel, events, and incentive trips. The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo), excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage complex itineraries and bulk bookings under tight deadlines.

nThey should also be able to deal with consolidators for ticketing.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Handle domestic and international ticketing for corporate groups, events, and incentive travel.
n
- Coordinate with airlines, vendors, and internal departments to secure group fares and special requirements.
n
- Manage and issue tickets through GDS platforms like Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo or Consolidators.
n
- Provide fare quotes, revalidations, reissuances, cancellations, and refunds.
n
- Ensure accuracy of ticket issuance and compliance with travel policies and client requirements.
n
- Coordinate travel documentation including visas, insurance, and entry requirements (as needed).
n




- Maintain up-to-date records of bookings, client preferences, and invoice details.
n
- Provide pre-departure and post-trip support to ensure a seamless client experience.
n
- Stay updated with airline policies, schedules, and special offers.
n

nRequirements:

n

n
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a ticketing role, preferably in the MICE or corporate travel sector.
n
- Proficiency in GDS platforms (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo).
n
- Strong knowledge of airline fare rules, group bookings, and ticketing procedures.
n
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
n
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple group bookings simultaneously.
n
- Customer-centric mindset and attention to detail.
n
- Flexibility to work extended hours during peak events or group departures.
n

nPreferred Qualifications:

n

n
- Certification in Travel & Tourism or related field.
n
- Experience working in a travel agency or DMC with MICE operations.
n
- Knowledge of visa and travel documentation processes.
n
