We have an urgent requirement for Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist role for Pune Location.

Experience – 3 to 4 years on M365

Location – Pune Only (WFH) / hybrid work

Job Responsibilities-

Solid knowledge of Office 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange, Intune, etc

Lead architecture discussions, design reviews, and solution validation as per customer requirements.

Pre-Sales - Own solution design, scope definition, estimations, and assumptions. Present solution architectures and demos to customers.

Architect solutions across M365, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Copilot.

Deploying, administering, and supporting Intune, Azure AD, Endpoint Configuration Manger, or Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS)

Providing ongoing technical support for Microsoft 365 Technologies, including providing technical input into documentation or knowledge articles to support resolution of support issues

Taking ownership of complex technical issues relating to the Microsoft 365 solutions, working until resolution is identified providing technical input and updating all stakeholders throughout investigations

Implement, configure, and manage Office 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related technologies.

Manage and guide MWP Team on support & implementation projects.

Design and develop automation scripts for user provisioning and other repetitive tasks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a cohesive and integrated Office 365 experience.

Experience in Intune configuration policy,



compliance policy and Conditional access policy

Troubleshoot complex Office 365 related issues and provide high-level support to customers.

Participate in the planning and execution of migrations to Office 365 from various platforms.

Monitor and report on Office 365 usage, performance, and security to customers.

Keep up-to-date with the latest updates and features in Office 365, ensuring optimal utilization.

Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.

Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective adoption of Office 365 tools.

Proficient in administering user accounts, permissions, and licenses in Office 365, ensuring appropriate access levels and compliance with organizational policies.

Must have sufficient technical depth to communicate with customers and other internal teams at a peer level.
