Role Description The Meta Ads Intern is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with audience research, ad copywriting, creative coordination, and campaign setup within Meta Ads Manager. The intern will monitor campaign performance, prepare basic reports and dashboards, and suggest data-backed improvements to targeting, creatives, and budgets.

This role also involves collaborating with marketing, design,



and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with broader digital campaigns. The intern will learn and apply best practices in paid social advertising while contributing to PPStack’s growth and learner acquisition initiatives.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), including campaign setup, audience targeting, and basic performance metrics.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as funnels, conversion tracking, A/B testing, and paid social strategy.
- Analytical skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and present clear insights using spreadsheets or reporting tools.
- Strong written communication skills for ad copywriting, basic content creation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work remotely, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Curiosity to learn about EdTech, AI-driven solutions, and performance marketing in a quick-evolving digital environment.
- Enrollment in or completion of a program in marketing, business, communications, data analytics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with social media management tools, design tools (e.g., Canva or Figma), or basic data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) is an advantage.
