We are looking for a proactive MICE Executive to manage corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, incentive programmes & offsites.
? Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end MICE & event operations
Coordinate with hotels, venues & vendors
Manage quotations, budgets & event logistics
Coordinate accommodation, transfers & registrations
Handle on-ground event execution
Manage vendor coordination & negotiations
Resolve last-minute operational challenges
? Skills Required:
Strong communication & coordination skills
Vendor management & negotiation
Positive knowledge of MICE & event operations
Strong organisational & problem-solving skills
