nWe currently manage 60+ active campaigns on Meta , working with a team of ad specialists, designers, and editors , and are growing consistently month over month.

nWe are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist focused on performance, optimization, and results. This is a fully hands-on role working directly inside ad accounts.

nKey Responsibilities

nCampaign Management – Manage, optimize, and scale lead generation campaigns on Meta Ads , continuously improving CPL, conversion rates, and lead quality.

nCampaign Testing – Test and iterate creatives, audiences, and campaign structures to improve results.

nCreative Collaboration – Work with designers and creatives to continuously improve ad performance.

nRequirements





nIndustry Experience – Experience running campaigns for Med Spa, Beauty, or Home Service businesses in Meta ads.

nPerformance Skills – Robust performance marketing and analytical skills.

nFunnels & Tracking – Understanding of funnels, tracking, and CRM-based lead flows.

nWork Style – Detail-oriented, independent, and results-focused.
