Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MERN Stack Team Lead to lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality full-stack web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in the MERN Stack along with modern software development practices, including Redux, RTK Query, Microservices Architecture, Apache Kafka, and Docker. The candidate should be capable of driving technical decisions, mentoring team members, ensuring code quality, and delivering scalable software solutions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of MERN Stack developers while ensuring timely project delivery.

- Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, Redux, and RTK Query.

- Architect and implement Microservices-based applications using Apache Kafka for event-driven communication.

- Develop, deploy, and maintain containerized applications using Docker, following modern DevOps and CI/CD practices.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure application performance, security, and scalability.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to define technical solutions and project roadmaps.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend best practices to improve development processes and team productivity.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in MERN Stack Development, with prior team leadership experience.

- Solid expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+),



HTML5, CSS3, Redux, RTK Query, REST APIs, Git, Docker, Apache Kafka, and Microservices Architecture.

- Experience in designing and deploying scalable enterprise-level web applications.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, software architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.

- Experience mentoring developers and managing technical deliverables.

- Certifications in MERN Stack, Cloud Technologies, or related software development domains will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack Development, with experience leading development teams.

- Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

- Expertise in Redux and RTK Query for efficient state management.

- Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture and messaging tools such as Apache Kafka.

- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized application deployment.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication, security best practices, and database optimization.

- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and code review practices.

- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable full-stack web applications.

- Excellent leadership, communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
