About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Full Stack JavaScript Developer who has strong theoretical fundamentals, excellent logical and problem-solving abilities, and a genuine interest in technology.

The candidate should not only be capable of using AI tools to accelerate development but must have a clear understanding of the code being written and be able to explain, debug, modify, and improve every part of the application independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using JavaScript technologies.
- Work on both frontend and backend components of applications.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Develop REST APIs and integrate third-party APIs and services.
- Work with databases and understand data modelling and queries.
- Debug, test, optimize, and maintain application code.
- Understand existing codebases and make changes without depending completely on others.
- Participate in application deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Follow proper coding practices, version control, documentation, and software development processes.
- Work on real-world AI/software projects and continuously learn new technologies.
- Collaborate with other developers, project managers, and technical teams.

Required Technical Knowledge The candidate should have a robust theoretical understanding of programming and software development concepts, including:

- JavaScript fundamentals
- ES6+ concepts
- Variables, functions, objects, arrays, classes, modules, etc.
- Asynchronous programming
- Promises and async/await
- Event loop and JavaScript execution model
- Error handling
- DOM and browser fundamentals
- HTTP/HTTPS and REST APIs
- JSON and API communication
- Frontend development concepts
- Backend development concepts
- Database fundamentals
- SQL and/or NoSQL concepts
- Authentication and authorization fundamentals
- Git and version control




- Basic software architecture and design concepts
- Debugging and testing fundamentals

AI-Assisted Development The candidate is expected to be comfortable using modern AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity. However, AI-generated code must never be blindly copied or used without understanding it.

The candidate must be able to:

- Understand every important line of AI-generated code.
- Explain why a particular approach is being used.
- Identify incorrect or inefficient AI-generated code.
- Debug AI-generated code independently.
- Modify and extend AI-generated solutions.
- Verify AI-generated answers against actual technical requirements.
- Use AI as a development assistant rather than as a replacement for programming knowledge.

Strong programming fundamentals are mandatory even when using AI tools. Logical & Problem-Solving Skills The candidate should demonstrate strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.

We expect the candidate to be able to:

- Break complex problems into smaller components.
- Analyze problems systematically.
- Identify the root cause of bugs.
- Develop efficient solutions.
- Understand algorithms and data structures.
- Think about edge cases and failure scenarios.

AI tools may be used to increase productivity, but the candidate must possess sufficient technical knowledge to understand and take ownership of the final code.

Selection Process The selection process may include:

- Technical fundamentals assessment

- Final interview

Candidates may be asked to explain code line-by-line and modify or debug code during the technical assessment.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
