We are looking for an experienced and proactive Export Merchandiser to manage export orders from buyer enquiry and product development through production, documentation and final shipment.

The ideal candidate should have good experience in buyer communication, costing, sampling, production coordination, export documentation and shipment follow-up. Candidates with experience in stainless steel products, kitchenware, cutlery, housewares, pet products, handicrafts or homeware exports will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle export buyer enquiries and prepare quotations, costing and product specifications.
- Coordinate with international buyers regarding product development, samples, pricing, packaging and order status.
- Follow up on samples, approvals and production timelines.
- Manage export orders from PO confirmation through final shipment.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, quality, packaging and logistics teams.
- Prepare and maintain order sheets, production schedules and shipment trackers.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to approved specifications and samples.
- Coordinate packaging development, artwork, barcodes, labels and private-label requirements.
- Monitor production progress and follow up to meet committed delivery schedules.
- Coordinate pre-shipment inspection and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and CHA for shipment planning and documentation.
- Assist in preparing Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists and other export documents.
- Maintain regular communication with buyers and provide timely order updates.




- Handle order amendments, customer queries and post-shipment follow-ups.
- Maintain proper records of samples, orders, costing and buyer communication.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in export merchandising preferred.
- Experience in stainless steel, kitchenware, cutlery, pet products, handicrafts, housewares or homeware exports will be preferred.
- Good understanding of export procedures and documentation.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and email communication.
- Robust coordination, follow-up and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple buyers and export orders simultaneously.
- Experience working with export houses or manufacturers supplying international buyers will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
