Role Description The MEP Project Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of corporate interior projects from design coordination through execution. The role includes reviewing and interpreting MEP drawings, specifications, and BIM models, coordinating with design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with standards.

The MEP Project Engineer will oversee site installation activities, conduct inspections, monitor progress, and support troubleshooting to maintain quality, safety, and schedule adherence.



Daily tasks involve preparing technical reports, maintaining documentation, assisting in project planning, and supporting cost and resource control related to MEP works. The role also requires close collaboration with project management and site teams to drive timely project completion and effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills relevant to building services and interior projects.
- Candidates should possess comprehensive Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) knowledge, including MEP coordination and systems integration.
- Candidates should possess practical Plumbing system design and installation skills for commercial and corporate environments.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Experience in corporate interiors, commercial buildings, or similar construction projects, preferably in an MEP-focused role.
- Familiarity with BIM tools, construction drawings, industry codes, and safety standards applicable to MEP installations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities, with the capacity to work on-site in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
