? Location: Noida

? Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on skills & experience

? Experience: Minimum 3 years

? Working Days: 6 days a week

? Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team at a growing Women’s Apparel Fashion Brand .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the merchandising process from product development to production.
- Coordinate with design, sampling, production, sourcing and buying teams.
- Handle buyer communication, follow-ups and order execution.
- Ensure timely approvals, sampling and production as per buyer requirements.
- Monitor quality, timelines and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate closely with factories and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 3 years of merchandising experience .




- Mandatory: Robust experience in Women’s Apparel/Fashion.
- Good understanding of garments, fabrics, trims, sampling and production.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple styles/orders and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of Excel and merchandising documentation.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
